Export and Jobs
Render final files, understand background work, and retry safely without accidental duplicate generation.
Export a sequence
- Open Export and choose the destination and filename.
- Choose Match Sequence, 1080p, 4K, Vertical 1080×1920, or the high-quality mezzanine preset.
- Choose the full sequence or work area when available.
- Start export and continue editing while the background render runs.
- Open Jobs to view progress, cancel the render, or reveal the completed file.
Export preflight
- Required timeline media must be online and supported.
- The destination must have enough free disk space.
- A frozen project revision is captured for the render, so later edits do not change an export already in progress.
- Cancelled or failed renders remove partial output instead of presenting it as complete.
Understand Jobs
Jobs is the shared history for AI generation, export, and other background work. Important generation and export states survive restart so you can see what happened and continue safely.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Cancel | Requests cancellation and preserves a clear final state |
| Resume saved request | Continues observing an already-submitted provider request |
| Retry download | Downloads the result of the same completed request again |
| Submit linked retry | Creates a new provider request and may incur a new charge |
